Support for the grieving heart, grounded in love, truth, and purpose.
Grief is not a problem to fix—it’s a story to honor, a pain to hold, and eventually, a life to rebuild.
Each of the offerings below is designed to meet you where you are, and help you move with intention through the landscape of loss in a way that prevents grief from taking even more from you.
I’ll never pressure you.
I’ll never stop offering free encouragement.
But I will keep building things that are sustainable, meaningful, and rooted in hope—because that’s how we survive to honor our grief & our growth.
I love offering free grief content, encouragement, and community through my social media, newsletter, blog, podcast, and support groups.
But offering deep, ongoing support takes energy, education, and time—and to keep showing up fully, I’ve created pathways for paid services that allow me to do this well.
You are always welcome to stay in the free spaces.
But if you’re ready for more structured support—whether it’s a one-on-one session, a guided group, or an immersive retreat—these offerings were created with you in mind.
As an RN for 37 years & a bereaved mom herself, Michelle brings professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. She is also a trauma-informed yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and mindfulness practitioner.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
This is a safe, supportive community for grieving parents. We meet online for 45 mins, twice a month to share, support, and bear witness to one another’s stories.
There is no pressure to participate—just come as you are.

I believe grief support should never feel out of reach. That’s why many of the ways I show up for bereaved parents are always free, including:
These spaces are open to anyone who needs them — a steady reminder that you are not alone.
For parents who are ready to go deeper, we also create smaller, more personal experiences through The Vilomah Grief Retreat and our Vilomah Inspired programs. These are not just classes or workbooks. They are safe, carefully guided spaces to begin rebuilding yourself after the unthinkable.
We keep our groups small — usually 8 people or fewer — so every parent feels seen, heard, and supported in ways that larger programs simply cannot provide.
Our pricing reflects:
We know it’s an investment. But we also know what happens when you are met in a safe, intentional space: growth begins. The value of these programs reflects not only the guidance you’ll receive but also the value of your story, your child’s memory, and your own capacity to live fully again.
If you’re comparing programs, we invite you to look beyond the cost and ask yourself:
“Will I feel truly seen here? Will I leave stronger than when I came?”
We believe you will.
