Welcome to my personal and professional reinvention as I learn to live life well after great loss. I invite you to come along as I embrace change, find courage, and figure out how to authentically choose a life lived well.
Throughout my journey, principles of psychology and leadership have helped me navigate grief. Extensive knowledge of the two, along with my deep and abiding faith, came together to provide a solid foundation for me to move toward healing.
While I still specialize in organizational and academic psychology, my attention has naturally shifted to personal leadership and grief. This has inspired me to also help others navigate grief in a way that facilitates a life lived well.
